A growing organization is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own the end‑to‑end corporate supply chain, from product launch through inventory availability and lifecycle management. This role ensures materials and finished goods are procured cost‑effectively, inventory levels are appropriately balanced, and supply chain activities support customer, operational, and financial objectives.
Key Areas of Ownership
This role is accountable for translating forecasts and business plans into executable supply strategies and ensuring continuity of supply while balancing service, cost, and risk.
Responsibilities include:
- Ownership of purchasing, sourcing, and procurement execution
- Managing supplier readiness, selection, negotiations, and ongoing performance
- Translating forecasts into supply plans while balancing service, cost, and inventory risk
- Providing supply‑side inputs, constraints, and recommendations to support demand planning and forecasting
- Direct oversight of demand planning execution and forecast accuracy in partnership with planning resources
- Inventory planning and control, including policy setting, targets, and lifecycle management
- Ownership of logistics coordination, including freight, import logistics, and trade compliance
- Managing freight RFQs and supporting duty drawback and freight cost management initiatives
- Ensuring accurate import/export documentation and compliance with applicable trade requirements
- Analyzing supply chain costs, including purchase price variances, freight, and inventory carrying costs
- Driving total landed‑cost improvement initiatives
- Developing and maintaining supplier performance scorecards
- Identifying supply risks and implementing mitigation plans
- Maintaining accurate purchasing, cost, lead‑time, and inventory data in ERP/DRP and forecasting tools
- Partnering cross‑functionally with Product Development, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Customer teams
- Supporting new product launches by ensuring supplier readiness and aligned timelines
- Contributing to scalable supply chain processes, documentation, and continuous improvement

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning, or sourcing
- Direct ownership of procurement and supplier management
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Experience negotiating supplier costs, lead times, MOQs, and commercial terms
- Familiarity with import logistics, customs, and trade compliance
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working in ERP/MRP/DRP and forecasting systems
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on clean, accurate data
- Clear, confident communication skills and comfort collaborating cross‑functionally
- A proactive, accountable mindset with strong follow‑through and execution focus
APICS / CPIM certification is a plus.
Work Structure
This is a hybrid role, with expectations of being in the office at least three days per week. Limited travel may be required.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
