Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The role will be responsible for managing logistics, inventory planning, warehousing, and supply chain governance to ensure efficient operations and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Saudi market, with the ability to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and implement effective supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and operational objectives.
Manage logistics operations, including freight coordination, customs clearance, and transportation optimization.
Oversee inventory planning and control to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce slow-moving inventory.
Supervise warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory management and efficient distribution.
Establish and enforce supply chain policies, SOPs, and governance standards.
Work closely with Business Units, Finance, and Procurement teams to align supply chain operations with company goals.
Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs, implementing improvements to enhance performance.
Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of operations.

Requirements

Mandatory experience in the Saudi market.
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of logistics, customs processes, and freight management.
Experience managing inventory planning and warehouse operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
