Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Source and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and material planning to balance supply and demand as per company policy.
- Implement cost-saving measures and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and vendors.
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals by providing guidance, training, and support.
- Manage delivery schedules with vendors according to production requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up of price revisions with vendors.
- Adjust schedules as per changing priorities, production delays, or unavoidable circumstances.
- Reconcile CKD (Completely Knocked Down) stocks with OEM partners (AHL & HACPL).
- Oversee payments processing to vendors and suppliers within agreed timelines.
- Manage line-side rejection issues of vendor parts in a timely manner.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies in the local market aligned with business goals.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with local suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Monitor procurement expenses in the local market, ensuring cost reduction while maintaining quality.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in supply chain and procurement management.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, procurement strategies, and inventory planning.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP systems (preferable).
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
