Supply Chain Manager - F&B

Job Purpose

To manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for food and non-food items, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, timely availability, and compliance with food safety standards across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities


  • Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers for food, beverages, packaging, and non-food items
  • Ensure consistent quality, pricing, and timely supply across all outlets
  • Develop and maintain approved vendor lists
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews


  • Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages, over-stocking, and wastage
  • Implement inventory controls (FIFO/FEFO, par levels, expiry tracking)
  • Control food cost, COGS, and variance vs budget
  • Coordinate stock clearance of slow-moving or excess inventory


  • Plan and manage logistics for central kitchen and outlet deliveries
  • Ensure on-time deliveries and proper cold-chain management
  • Coordinate with warehouses, transporters, and store teams


  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local regulatory standards (HACCP, municipality guidelines)
  • Monitor product specifications, shelf life, and storage conditions
  • Handle supplier audits


  • Work closely with operations and finance on demand forecasting
  • Support new store openings, menu changes, and seasonal demand (Ramadan, festivals)
  • Align purchasing plans with sales forecasts

  • Manage ERP / inventory systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory, food cost, wastage, and supplier performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of F&B supply chain and procurement
  • Expertise in cost control, inventory management, and negotiations
  • Understanding of food safety and regulatory compliance
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in F&B / hospitality supply chain
  • Experience managing multi-outlet or chain restaurants preferred
