Role Overview:
Ledvance–Osram, a global leader in lighting technology, is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager with a background in lighting or electrical products. The role involves managing the complete supply chain cycle—ensuring smooth product flow, optimized inventory levels, and timely availability of lighting and electrical items across the distribution network. The ideal candidate will combine strong supply chain expertise with technical understanding of lighting/electrical components and robust vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all stages of the supply chain for lighting and electrical products—from procurement to final distribution.
• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships, manage contract negotiations, and supervise purchase order activities.
• Lead logistics, warehouse operations, and transportation functions.
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking, maintain appropriate stock levels, and implement effective replenishment plans.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to forecast demand for lighting and electrical SKUs.
• Manage import/export documentation related to lighting and electrical equipment.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and deliver regular performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement—preferably in the lighting, electrical, or electronics sector.
• Strong technical grasp of lighting fixtures, electrical components, and relevant specifications.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and inventory management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
