We are looking for a Supply Chain & Merchandising Manager to manage end-to-end coordination between supply chain, sales, and modern trade retailers

The role is responsible for product availability, inventory planning, replenishment, merchandising execution, and in-store visibility

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

⁠ ⁠Ensure on-time product availability across all modern trade stores.

⁠ ⁠Manage demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and stock rotation.

⁠ ⁠Monitor stock cover, slow movers

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams for smooth deliveries.

Reduce stock-outs, overstocking, and supply chain inefficiencies.

• Act as the key point of contact for modern trade partners and Team
• Manage PO processing, deliveries, GRNs, invoicing, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with retailer SOPs, SLAs, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate new product listings, SKU rationalization, and promotions approvel from Head
• Ensure planogram compliance, shelf availability, and brand visibility.
• Manage and guide merchandising teams / third-party merchandisers.

Conduct store audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock, sales, wastage, and execution.
• Analyze data to improve forecast accuracy and merchandising effectiveness.
• Share actionable insights with Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain / merchandising / modern trade operations

⁠ ⁠Sound understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and retail execution.

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• *Excellent Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.*
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
