Supply Chain Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Officer – Supply Chain to join our Procurement Department. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to build a career in supply chain and procurement by gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, supplier coordination, inventory management, and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities.
  • Support sourcing, vendor evaluation, and supplier coordination.
  • Help prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, planning, and finance.
  • Assist in maintaining procurement records, reports, and documentation.
  • Support inventory monitoring and material availability tracking.
  • Participate in cost analysis and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 6 months - 1 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
