Allied Container Line is seeking a results-driven Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy, including pricing, trade operations, and logistics management. The role requires strong expertise in logistics and shipping, strategic thinking, and proven leadership to optimize trade routes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial logistics division to achieve company objectives.
• Oversee pricing, trade route optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Develop dynamic pricing models and analyze performance for continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead logistics projects and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Enhance supply chain responsiveness, customer service, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, identify business opportunities, and expand trade networks.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve departmental performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 2–3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in pricing, planning, and strategy for international business operations and container line logistics.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing logistics projects.
• Certifications in logistics or supply chain management (preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
