Supply Chain Officer

Role Purpose:

To help coordinate & follow up Supply Chain tasks, activities and project across the markets and report progress to the Director of Supply Chain.

Job Accountabilities & Activates:

• To support the supply chain team in the contract review project in coordination with other functions.
• To support in tracking the agreement's approval process by ensuring that process is adhered to strictly and all required documents are available as per policy and help in achieving them.
• To follow up with the supply chain team to report & track all contracts savings.
• To support the supply chain team in scheduling business review meetings with suppliers and prepare a dashboard to follow up on actions.
• Track new items development activities and report the progress against planned launch date.
• Follow up with the supply chain team to develop vendors analysis reports.
• To follow up with the supply chain team the preparation of the weekly inventory review presentation as per assigned template.

Education & Certifications:

A bachelor's degree in business.

Requirements:

• 1+ Year experience in food or retail.
• Saudi Only.
