Job Title: Supply Chain Officer (Planning)
Location: Karachi

We are a fast-growing textile & fashion clothing brand known for innovation, quality, and contemporary designs. To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Officer (Planning) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in demand and supply planning to ensure smooth material flow from vendors to production.
• Develop and maintain production & procurement schedules aligned with sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with merchandising, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
• Track and monitor inventory levels, identifying gaps or excesses, and recommending corrective actions.
• Support in vendor coordination and follow-ups to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare MIS reports, analyze supply chain performance, and highlight bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with company timelines, quality standards, and cost controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning (preferably in textiles/fashion industry).
• Strong knowledge of demand & supply planning, procurement cycles, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
