Supply Chain Officer (Site Supervisor)

We are looking for a Supply Chain Officer to manage end-to-end supply chain operations for our construction projects. It is mandatory for candidates to have construction site experience specifically with builders and developers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procure construction materials such as cement, steel, blocks, MEP, plumbing, electrical, and finishing items.
• Negotiate with vendors on prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and material issuance.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of materials to site.
• Monitor supplier performance and prepare weekly/monthly supply chain reports.
• Identify improvements in procurement, warehousing, and logistics processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Officer with builders and developers.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• Must have material management experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Storekeeper.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and site requirements.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, inventory control, and Excel/ERP skills.

Location: The Seven Towers, FB Area, Karachi, Pakistan

Note: Only candidates with relevant construction site experience will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
