Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Officer with hands-on experience in US Supply Chain Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement, inventory management, logistics, vendor communication, and order fulfillment while ensuring smooth supply chain processes and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and purchasing activities for US-based operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare operational reports.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Handle vendor negotiations and relationship management.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in US Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience working with US vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or Supply Chain Management systems.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
