What You Will Do:

  • Communicate with executive leadership the flow of incoming materials to efficiently meet manufacturing requirements.
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical aspects of global supply chain activities.
  • Integrate multi-discipline requirements, including Aero, Structures, Delivery, and Procurement.
  • Provide periodic updates to the team leader and team members, highlighting accomplishments, progress, technical issues, and any potential roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with the commodity managers and the supply chain on RCCA, communication strategies, and recovery plans.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders, such as the program office and executives, as well as external stakeholders, such as industry customers, government agencies, and suppliers.
  • Proactively identify project risks, develop robust mitigation plans, and lead the timely execution of those plans.
  • Adherence and development of standard work.


What You Will Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field (Aerospace, Supply Chain, Operations Management)
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Project Management, and Business Management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and SAP
  • Experience with Teamcenter a plus
  • Commitment to delivering on objectives and meeting targets with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Good communication skills to provide timely, appropriate, and useful information to others
  • Project management experience and a strong sense of urgency
  • Take initiative and assume responsibility
  • Lean, Six Sigma, and other Continuous Improvement experience


Pay Range:
$70,000 - $75,000 per year


Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.


Work Requirements:
This position is classified as Remote within the United States.


Travel Requirements:
Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.


Citizenship Requirement:
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
