Position Overview
The Supply Chain Operations Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing local and cross-border supply chain operations for JD Industrial’s B2B e-commerce business in the Middle East. The role focuses on ensuring delivery performance, cost control, and process efficiency across import clearance, warehousing, and domestic distribution.
This position requires a strong operational mindset, high data sensitivity, and a holistic understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. It serves as a key talent pipeline for future regional fulfillment leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities for Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Fulfillment Control & Order Coordination

Act as the central control point for all daily fulfillment operations across customs clearance, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.

Monitor order flow from placement to delivery, ensuring SLA compliance and proactive issue resolution.

Liaise with JD Logistics and other 3PL partners to ensure execution accuracy and timely response to exceptions.

Customer Fulfillment Interface

Serve as the operational point of contact for customer fulfillment matters, addressing delivery delays, shortages, or warehouse transfer needs.

Coordinate with sales and customer teams to provide accurate order status updates and recovery actions.

Inventory & Transfer Management

Manage inventory visibility and stock accuracy across all GCC warehouses.

Plan and execute inter-warehouse transfers to balance stock and improve fulfillment efficiency.

Monitor inventory health (aging, slow-moving SKUs) and report potential risks or optimization opportunities.

3PL Operations Monitoring & Performance Tracking

Oversee 3PL operational performance through system data, reports, and on-ground checks.

Ensure adherence to JD Industrial’s SOPs and service standards.

Escalate performance gaps and initiate improvement measures.

Data & System Updates

Maintain accurate and timely data updates in the company’s fulfillment system across all key
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:

Strong understanding of
B2B fulfillment
, including warehouse operations, courier, LTL (less-than-truckload), and FTL (full-truckload) transport management.

Solid grasp of
supply chain management principles
and operational interdependencies.

Highly
data-oriented
, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience in operating or managing 3PL logistics systems and workflows.

Fluent in
English
(daily working language).

Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
