Job Summary:

This role covers Material Requirements Planning through reviewing weekly inventory report to recommend parameter changes with details on expected cash, cost, and service impact. Runs the system to identify material constraints on the latest MPS and suggests changes. Makes changes to the PR and then converts to PR (automated or using global support) and share with suppliers over the supplier collaboration tool. Reviews inventory projections to address slow moving inventory as well as plan for pre-build stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the MRP run and validates the PR (exceptions - machine selected entries).
  • Identifies material constraints on the latest MPS and suggest changes.
  • PO generation, release, and control.
  • Participates in the MTCP/LTCP meeting along with the L2 E2E specialist to support SC plans.
  • Responsible for Managing the RPM up stocking and down stocking for transition and innovation – planning and run down of materials for production related to promos and innovation trials (Phase in – phase out).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning (Preferably within RPM Planning).
  • Proven experience using SAP for material planning and inventory management is a must .
  • Fluent in English is a must.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of MRP principles and supply chain processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
