Job Summary

Arabian Qudra is looking for a Supply Chain Planning & Delivery Manager to manage day‑to‑day planning, delivery, and inventory control activities supporting both projects and services operations . The role is operational and hands‑on, focused on coordination between teams, resolving daily issues, ensuring on‑time delivery, and providing regular performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily supply chain planning and delivery operations for projects and services.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services to sites and service locations.
• Coordinate between Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing and Projects, Services, Engineering teams.
• Resolve daily operational issues related to planning, deliveries, suppliers, and inventory.
• Control and monitor inventory levels , including stock availability, consumption, and replenishment.
• Track and follow up on critical and long‑lead items.
• Ensure accurate planning and inventory data in ERP systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on delivery, inventory, and supply chain performance.
• Identify risks or delays and escalate with clear action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of hands‑on experience in supply chain planning, delivery, or operations.
• Experience in EPC, construction, or service-based operations is preferred.
• Strong coordination, problem‑solving, and follow‑up skills.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
