Supply Chain Planning Specialist

General Qualifications:


  • Graduated from relevant university departments (Engineering, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.), preferably with a master’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in one of the following sectors: retail, food & beverage, hospitality, services, logistics
  • Knowledgeable in areas such as planning, demand forecasting, production planning, warehouse management, goods receipt, inventory counting, shipment, return processes, efficiency project management, process management, and process/procedure development
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project programs
  • Experienced in ERP systems


Job Description:


  • Ensuring the uninterrupted and efficient execution of the company’s production and logistics processes.
  • Ensuring production and inventory planning in line with demand forecasts and sales plans.
  • Coordinating demand forecasts and order management.
  • Ensuring coordination between warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
  • Monitoring and reporting warehouse operations (goods receipt, shelving, picking, shipment, returns); identifying improvement needs, creating action proposals, and ensuring implementation of agreed actions.
  • Managing and reporting processes through ERP and planning/warehouse management systems.
  • Conducting logistics/planning cost analyses and developing optimization and efficiency recommendations.
  • Preparing necessary documents for internal and external audits and supporting related processes.
  • Executing warehouse and logistics operations in compliance with occupational safety and quality standards.
  • Ensuring efficient use of resources and planning and implementing operations to be timely, efficient, and cost-effective.
  • Performing inventory and production planning based on sales forecasts and monitoring implementation in branches.
  • Achieving time, cost, and quality optimization in operational processes.
  • Ensuring coordination between relevant departments to support smooth process flow.
  • Analyzing issues arising in planning processes and developing solutions.
  • Supporting process and system improvement initiatives in areas under the responsibility of the reporting manager and the Supply Chain department.
  • Ensuring tracking of recipe adjustments by branch planning officers and reporting monthly.
  • Executing verbal and written requests and instructions from the reporting manager.
  • Reviewing and reporting monthly market lists prepared by branches and headquarters; participating in branch-specific planning when necessary.
  • Consolidating and reporting branch par-stock studies.
  • Identifying system equivalents of products in operations such as events and banquets, defining them in request screens, determining estimated quantities, and reviewing cost studies by branch planning officers.
  • Analyzing and reporting root causes of discrepancies between recorded and physical stock after branch warehouse counts.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely invoice entries in branches and headquarters.
  • Reporting monthly analyses of returns and waste in branch warehouses.
  • Being responsible for master data management for domestic and international branches.
  • Being responsible for system entries and removals of new and delisted products.
