Job Description:

ACMA for Chemical and Mining is an Egypt-based supplier of Ground Calcium Carbonate and Coated Calcium Carbonate. Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate the production and loading schedules efficiently

- Plan production orders according to sales forecasts and logistics requirements.

- Update and synchronize the production plan on a daily basis.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock classification and reporting.

- Track vessel movements and shipping schedules to align production and dispatch.

- Ensure timely dispatch of all orders without delays.

- Verify that all produced and dispatched orders comply with the consignee requirements.

- Monitor the financial status of orders to ensure approval before production.

- Ensure all orders are properly insured before dispatch.

Requirements :

- A bachelor’s degree is a Must; in Business Administration or Supply Chain is preferable.

- Experience: from 1 to 5 years in production planning.

Key Skills:

- Teamwork and motivational skills.

- Good planning and organizing skills.

- English language is a Must, written and spoken.

- French is preferred.

- Proficient in using MS Excel.

- Excellent communicator.

- Very good Negotiator.
