Job Summary:

  • The Supply Chain Coordinator supports warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and production planning activities. This role acts as a central link between warehouse, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure efficient flow of materials and products across the supply chain.


Job Duties:

  • Warehouse Operations
  • Manage daily warehouse activities including inventory control, storage optimization, and cycle counting.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with demand forecasting to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper product rotation.
  • Support the implementation of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and logistics partners.
  • Verify accuracy of incoming materials and outgoing finished goods.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, bills of lading, and delivery schedules.
  • Track shipments and communicate delays or issues to stakeholders.
  • Assist customer service with delivery inquiries and order status updates.
  • Production Planning & Coordination
  • Collaborate with production teams to maintain schedules based on orders and inventory needs.
  • Monitor capacity and raw material availability, coordinating with procurement for timely deliveries.
  • Support updates to the master production schedule and communicate changes across departments.
  • Act as liaison between production, warehouse, and logistics to resolve supply chain issues.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative team player; bilingual skills a plus.
