Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to manage procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination for our growing F&B operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient supply chain processes, cost control, and timely availability of materials across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and supply planning for food, beverage, and operational supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors.
• Analyze supply chain performance and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and warehouse teams for smooth supply flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or procurement within the F&B industry.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• 50% (Required)
