The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Specialist to own our import/export operations end to end — from coordinating with international suppliers and shipping partners to managing customs clearance and ensuring our warehouses are always stocked with what our clients need. You'll also own demand forecasting across our portfolio, making sure we never miss a sale because of a stockout. 📦

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing import and export shipments end to end — documentation, scheduling, and tracking
• Coordinating with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping partners
• Handling customs clearance processes and liaising with local authorities when needed
• Building and maintaining demand forecasts across our product portfolio
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring product availability across our warehouses
• Flagging supply risks early and proposing solutions before they become problems
• Working closely with operations, sales, and accounting to align supply with demand
• Keeping shipment records, landed costs, and inventory data accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For

• 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export operations in the UAE
• Solid understanding of UAE customs processes and shipping documentation
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and comfort working with data and forecasts
• Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

Advantageous: experience in F&B or FMCG, familiarity with food import regulations (Dubai Municipality, MOCCAE), experience with ERP or inventory systems
