Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to independently manage our end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement, vendor management, inventory planning, stock control, logistics coordination, and ensuring the timely availability of supplies while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across all branches.
• Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supplier contracts.
• Track purchasing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare periodic reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-branch operations is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an advantage.
