TWe are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize supply chain processes to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate logistics operations such as transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to resolve issues.
- Analyze costs, optimize transportation routes, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare regular reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:- ations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
