Job Description

Supply Chain Specialist / Executive

Core Responsibilities

Inventory & demand planning

Forecast product demand

Maintain optimal stock levels

Procurement coordination

Work with suppliers and vendors

Negotiate prices, delivery schedules

Logistics & distribution

Plan transport (local & international)

Ensure on-time delivery

Warehouse coordination

Monitor stock movement

Reduce losses/damages

Data analysis & reporting

Use Excel / ERP (SAP, Oracle)

Track KPIs (cost, delivery time, efficiency)

Cost control

Optimize supply chain costs

Identify savings opportunities

Customs clearance coordination

Multi-role tasks (operations + admin)
