Supply Chain Specialist Trainee (Tamheer)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Specialist Trainee to join KUDU through the Tamheer Program.

This role provides hands-on experience across supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supplier communication.

The trainee will work closely with the team to understand operational workflows, data tracking, and process optimization while contributing to day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and supporting stock control processes

- Support procurement activities including purchase requests and supplier follow-ups

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials

- Assist in tracking shipments and logistics operations

- Prepare basic reports related to supply chain performance and stock movement

- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory data

- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function

- Assist in supplier negotiations to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery terms

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred) or Supply Chain Management / Business Administration

- Strong understanding of operations, process improvement, or supply chain concepts

- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Good communication skills in English and Arabic

- Basic negotiation skills and ability to deal effectively with suppliers

Program Details

- Tamheer Program (HRDF)

- Monthly stipend: 3,000 SAR (paid by HRDF)
