Supply Chain Supervisor

A multinational company and one of the world’s leading corporations in the field of industrial adhesives, paints, and construction chemicals , operating globally for more than 50 years with a presence in over 80 countries . The company is known for its long history of innovation and quality, and it maintains a strong and stable market presence in Egypt is looking for " Supply Chain Supervisor "

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.

-Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.

-Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing trends, new products, and supplier performance.

-Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and pricing agreements to achieve the best value.

-Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and maintain competitive advantages.

-Prepare annual purchasing budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving plans.

-Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and best practices.

-Collaborate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure the availability of required materials.

-Monitor stock levels, lead times, and reordering points.

Job Requirements

• 5–7 years of total experience in Supply Chain , including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on experience in import & export, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and transportation.
• Mandatory experience in the chemical industry or packaging sector .
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
