Mid-East & Africa Business Group (MEABG)

Driving TCL's expansion across the Middle East and Africa, we're building an AI x IoT ecosystem around our smart display solutions and home appliance portfolio (air conditioners, refrigerators, washers), as well as smart devices. Our mission is to become the region's leading smart home solutions provider. MEABG employs 400+ professionals across nationalities. Operations span the Middle East and Africa through 5 subsidiaries: Pakistan, UAE (Dubai), Turkey, South Africa, and Morocco, as well as 4 regions: East Africa, North Africa, West Africa, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse management

i, Supervise the warehouse supplier to implement warehouse operating standards, supervise daily operations including receiving, picking, packing and delivery, inbound and outbound process, strictly verify the quantity, specifications, and appearance of goods, and eliminate issues such as wrong shipment, missing shipment, and overshipment.

ii,Monitor warehouse layout, storage, safety, fire prevention and site hygiene. Organize warehouse supplier for regular inventory checks, analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

iii,Manage warehouse suppliers, regularly hold meetings with logistics suppliers to review KPI performance, summarize actual operations, optimize operational processes, propose improvement directions and requirement, and ensure closed-loop implementation.

• Order processing and follow-up

i, Receive and verify customer orders, check product specifications, quantity, price, delivery date and address. Book delivery window with customer basing on the stock available information;

ii, Issue shipping instructions to logistics and warehouse suppliers. Track the entire delivery process, including shipping and logistics progress, verify customer order receipt; Handle order changes, delivery delays, goods discrepancy, cargo damage, returns and exchanges. and customer complaints. Follow up issues until fully resolved.

iii, Synchronize order status to customers and sales representatives;

iv, Maintain the order information into the system and Complete the order process in the system to ensure timely completion of each node in the process.

• Logistics control

i, Arrange local distribution and goods transfer, control logistics cost and delivery lead time. Plan transportation capacity reasonably, and control logistics timeliness and transportation costs.

ii, Resolve issues such as cargo damage, shortage, delivery delay. Manage reverse logistics including returns, repairs and re-shipment.

iii,Manage logistics suppliers, regularly hold meetings with them to review KPI performance, summarize actual operations, propose improvement directions, and ensure closed-loop implementation.

iv, Maintain good communication with logistics partners and customers. Ensure full compliance with domestic trade and labor regulations. And timely update local policy, logistics market and warehouse operation

• Follow up on warehouse and logistics fee reconciliation

Complete monthly/per order reconciliation of transactions, require suppliers to provide reconciliation details and invoices, verify reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy, and request payment process follow-up for payment.

• Data statistics and reports

Establish order ledger, inventory ledger, warehouse fee and logistics cost ledger, and collect data on order quantity, delivery time, customer performance, etc. Regularly prepare reports and submit them to local management and domestic headquarters.
