Supply Chain Support Coordinator

Islamabad, Pakistan

  • Manage and support the order-to-delivery process, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels, stock reconciliations, and replenishment needs.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams to resolve delivery or shipment issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for suppliers and customers regarding orders, documentation, and inquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, customs forms, and compliance records.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and enhance supply chain performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
