Job Description:
To support the planning, logistics, and implementation of program activities, with a strong commitment to gender equality, ending child marriage, and fostering inclusive, impactful programming.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with internal teams, provincial coordinators, government departments, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of detailed workplans and ensure alignment with overall program objectives and timelines.
- Contribute to budget planning, monitor expenditure, and assist in ensuring financial accountability in coordination with the finance team.
- Liaise regularly with Provincial Coordinators to ensure consistent execution and follow-up on field-level program activities.
- Organize and oversee all logistical arrangements for training sessions, workshops, and meetings, including venue booking, participant coordination, travel, and accommodation.
- Maintain comprehensive records and databases for training events, including participant attendance, evaluations, and feedback forms.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with training participants and partners, maintaining high-quality administrative support.
- Support the compilation of field-level updates and assist in the preparation of narrative and activity reports as required.
- Ensure that all program-related documentation is properly filed and accessible for reporting, auditing, and future reference
- Organize and oversee all logistical arrangements for training sessions, workshops, and meetings, including venue booking, travel, accommodation, transportation, and participant coordination
- Provide logistics support to staff and consultants during field missions, ensuring smooth arrangements and compliance with organizational procedures.
- Prepare, manage, and file all relevant program documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with reporting and audit requirements.
- Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing processes and assist in the documentation of lessons learned and best practices.
- Be available for travel across Pakistan to support field-level activities and events as required.
- Ensure consistent availability for communication and coordination needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to issues related to GBV, SRHR, and child marriage.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, or administrative support within development, public health, or gender-focused projects
- Willingness and ability to travel across Pakistan.
- Carry out any other task assigned by the supervisor
