Supply Chain & Tendering Specialist (Oman)

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Tendering Specialist with a strong background in medical warehouse operations in Oman. The ideal candidate will manage tendering analysis, supplier negotiations, and end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure compliance with hospital procurement standards and Ministry of Health regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Tendering Analysis: Prepare, review, and evaluate RFQs/RFPs, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory planning for medical supplies.
• Warehouse Operations: Supervise receiving, storage, and distribution of medical products in line with regulatory requirements.
• Supplier Management: Vet suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage substitutions while maintaining compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets Oman’s Ministry of Health and Gulf regulatory standards.
• Document Control: Maintain audit-ready procurement records and enforce strict data privacy protocols.
