Supply Fulfillment Team Executive

Your Responsibilities

/ Ensure production planning strategy and processes in order to ensure high service level for customer requirements and Supply Fulfilment KPI’s

/ Coordination with Regions/Countries ,Logistic and Factory to provide efficient supply planning

/ Bottleneck management through requirements versus restrictions and availabilities & Manage phase_in & phase_out process

/ Design, develop and implement flexible solutions to aid business efficiency, drive process improvements and add value

/ Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results and continuous improvements

Your Profile

/ University degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronic & Electrical and Industrial Engineering

/ Min. 4 years planning experience, including at least 2 years in production Planning with SAP APO is must

/ Demonstrate strong negotiation and organizational skills

/ Customer focused, problem solver, pro-active and results-oriented, analytic mindset

/ Fluency in English both written and spoken
