Job Summary
The Supply Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing all logistics and supply operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and delivery operations. This includes in-house deliveries within Riyadh and coordination with external transporters for deliveries outside Riyadh. The role ensures cost control, service quality, compliance with company processes, and proper management of company assets while continuously improving efficiency and performance across logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Distribution

Manage end-to-end logistics operations including receiving, storage, internal transfers, picking, packing, and distribution.

Oversee deliveries within Riyadh using the company’s own fleet and drivers.

Manage deliveries outside Riyadh through external transporters, ensuring cost efficiency, service quality, and compliance with agreed terms.

Negotiate, monitor, and control transporter pricing, contracts, and performance (SLA, KPIs).

Optimize delivery routes, schedules, and load utilization to reduce costs and improve service levels.
Warehouse Management
-
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient use of space, equipment, and manpower.

Ensure proper storage conditions, handling, and organization of products according to company standards.

Supervise receiving of goods, including quantity, quality, and documentation checks.

Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational procedures.
Inventory Control & Systems

Ensure full alignment between system inventory and physical stock.

Manage all stock movements in ERP/WMS systems (receiving, transfers, adjustments, deliveries).

Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Implement controls to minimize losses, damages, and obsolescence.
Fleet & Company Asset Management

Control and manage company logistics assets, including cars, vans, trucks, and warehouse equipment.

Ensure proper usage, maintenance, insurance, registration, and tracking of company vehicles.

Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle-related costs.

Implement policies to protect company assets and reduce misuse or damage.
External Transporter Management

Select, evaluate, and manage external transport providers for intercity and regional deliveries.

Control transporter performance in terms of delivery time, cost, handling quality, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company requirements.

Resolve delivery issues, claims, and service failures with transport partners.
Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure strict adherence to company processes related to storage, transfers, inventory, and deliveries.

Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics, warehouse, and transportation.

Implement best practices to improve cost control, productivity, and service quality.
Team Management & Performance

Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics coordinators.

Set KPIs and performance targets for teams and transport partners.
-
Improve team efficiency, accountability, and engagement.
-
Ensure proper staffing, shift planning, and workload balance.
Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and analyze logistics and supply reports (delivery costs, transporter performance, inventory accuracy).

Coordinate with Sales, E-commerce, Procurement, Finance, and Customer Service teams.

Support audits, reviews, and compliance checks related to logistics, inventory, and assets.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.

5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and distribution management.

Proven experience managing third-party transporters and delivery fleets.

Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory controls.
-
Experience in Saudi Arabia logistics operations is required.
