  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations or procurement.
  • Strong understanding of supply planning and procurement processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems is a plus


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an operational understanding of key supply functions and workflows.
  • Prepare weekly schedules ensuring that all work orders are completed on time across all divisions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to confirm order status, shipping timelines, and product availability.
  • Obtain appropriate approvals for purchase requests before processing.
  • Liaise with the finance department to resolve credit issues affecting order processing.
  • Collaborate with all departments to resolve any issues causing delays in the supply chain.
