Supply Planning Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning.
• Proficiency in SAP system. (MM, WM, PP modules)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Willingness to take an active role in supply chain processes and system developments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English. (both written and verbal)

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing material and product availability to ensure smooth production and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective supply planning.

• Create and maintain supply plans based on sales forecasts and production requirements.
• Issue and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
• Conduct import activities related to orders placed with foreign suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply issues.
• Analyze demand trends and adjust supply plans accordingly.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate data in the SAP system.
• Determine and implement appropriate supply models with suppliers to increase material adequacy and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with production planning, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Take an active role in projects. (new product launches, cost efficiency initiatives, etc.)
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs such as inventory turnover, service level, and supply reliability.
