QUALIFICATIONS

University degree from faculty of engineering or a related field,

Minimum 2 year experience of planning,

Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to detail,

Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs with experienced on ERP & MRP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus),
-
Team player with proactive approach and ability to take initiative,
-
Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
-
Male candidates should have completed their military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Create material request resulting from MRP requirements and communicate purchase orders to suppliers,
-
Receive order confirmations from suppliers and update confirmed dates in the ERP system,
-
Organize weekly meetings with sales teams &suppliers and monitor the revisions of the codes under responsibility,
-
Manage necessary pull-forward, postponement, and cancellation processes by communicating with suppliers regarding orders requiring revisions,
-
Track the follow-up of orders opened in return for rejected orders,
-
Take responsibility for all module and stand planning and procurement processes,
-
Support master data activities related to codes and barcodes for new modules, module sets, and stands,
-
Publish stock inventory reports, monitor levels, and report to relevant parties with recommendations to prevent excess stock,
-
Prepare monthly department KPI reports, fulfill assigned tasks to meet performance criteria, and ensure KPI reporting,
-
Ensure full compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and occupational health & safety standards.
