We are seeking a dedicated and professional Operations Representative to join our team at our NFC-based office. This role serves as a vital link between our Operations Department and our field personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for real-time coordination, resolving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring all field duties are executed with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Personnel Coordination: Maintain consistent communication with security guards, ensuring interactions are professional, polite, and respectful at all times.
- Operational Monitoring: Supervise guard activities to ensure all assigned duties are completed according to company standards.
- Incident Resolution: Actively identify operational issues; perform immediate outreach to personnel to rectify gaps in service or duty completion.
- Support & Liaison: Listen to and document concerns raised by field staff, providing swift and effective solutions.
- Reporting & Documentation: Utilize MS Word and MS Excel to maintain accurate records, generate daily reports, and draft professional internal/external emails.
- System Management: Efficiently navigate and update the company’s internal management system (comprehensive training provided).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Minimum O/A Levels (or equivalent).
- Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and professional email etiquette.
- Soft Skills: High level of patience, problem-solving capabilities, and a professional temperament under pressure.
- Flexibility: Ability to manage long shifts and adapt to the requirements of both day and night operations.
