Job Title: Support Consultant – Customer Success (B2B / SaaS) - female only
Experience: 1+ Year (in a similar role)
Location: Bangalore – Bellandur
Industry: SaaS / FMCG
Shift Timing: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Support Consultant to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SaaS products, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure software as per client requirements and support onboarding.
  • Manage client interactions and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot data/technical issues and resolve tickets within SLAs.
  • Conduct UAT, quality checks, and ensure client sign-off.
  • Generate reports, support master data management, and document FAQs.
  • Deliver RCA for major incidents and assist with app/web upgrades.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong in MS Excel and comfortable with web/mobile platforms.
  • Understanding of FMCG workflows and SaaS environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup setting.
