About the Role:

Job Title: Support Coordinator

Job Summary

  • Seeking a customer-focused Support Coordinator to support current and former employees by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • This role serves as the first point of contact for questions related to payroll, benefits, time tracking, compensation, and general HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound employee inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide support for payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and HR-related questions.
  • Create and manage cases in Salesforce.
  • Conduct exit interviews and process on-demand payroll checks.
  • Research and resolve employee issues while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate teams when needed.
  • Meet service, quality, and productivity goals.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service, call center, HR support, or administrative experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with case management systems, Salesforce, or Workday is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet remote work environment required.

Location: Richmond, VA– Hybrid Onsite role

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$20,000– 30,000 annually]/[$15.00- $18.50 per hour]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
