Support Engineer – Bio Medical (Electronics & Hardware)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Support Engineer to join our service team, focusing on medical imaging

equipment such as CT and related systems. In this role, you will support installation, provide user training,

assist with upgrades and refurbishments of medical equipment, and ensure high-quality service to our

customers and dealers. You will help maintain our reputation for excellence by ensuring systems are running reliably, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide installation support for advanced medical equipment, including CT systems.
• Deliver initial user training to ensure safe and effective operation of systems (clinical training will be provided by partners).
• Support with upgrading and refurbishment programs of used systems to extend equipment life and performance.
• Maintain and regularly update technical service manuals and documentation.
• Provide dealer and client support, both remotely and onsite, ensuring quick resolution of technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with medical equipment standards and safety protocols during service and installation.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external clinical partners for seamless customer support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience with medical imaging equipment (CT, X-ray, MRI, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, dealers, and partners.
• Customer-first attitude with the ability to build trust and provide professional service.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for installations, upgrades, and client support.
• UAE driving license
