Job Overview:

We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to handle end-to-end ERP software onboarding for new clients. The role involves client training, system configuration, and ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, customer-handling experience, and a willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients using Fresa ERP software.
• Conduct client training, product demos, and implementation sessions.
• Understand client business processes and configure the ERP system accordingly.
• Coordinate with Implementation and Support teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Document onboarding progress, feedback, and issue resolutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the onboarding journey.
• Travel to client sites for implementation and training when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Experience in client onboarding, ERP implementation, or customer success is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and learning ability are also welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Willingness to travel as per client project needs.
• Hindi-speaking ability will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
