Experience: Fresh - 2 Years of experience

Location: Karachi

Job Description:

• Server and client end application/database deployment.
• Database management per application vendor recommendation.
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
• Following internal standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

• Application troubleshooting
• Database Knowledge. (Insert/Update/Delete) query execution. Views/Functions/Procedures knowledge
• Batch/PowerShell scripting
• System Administrative knowledge
• Network & Port communication knowledge
• Development skill/knowledge will be plus point
