Job Descriptions:


ROLE PURPOSE: The incumbent is responsible to review business requirements, liaise with Internal / External parties to find and supervise the evaluation of a suitable solution. The requirements discussion proposes enhancements to business / technical processes for better automation of respective business areas, oversees project activities and ensures that implementation is as per defined standards.

  • Should be technically sound on the CIAM and IBM identity security access manager (ISAM/IBM verify) with good working knowledge to handle Customization, Development, Installation, and Configuration.
  • Work with vendors to install, configure and deploy CIAM (ISAM) solutions into dev, QA, UAT, and production environments and manage its integration with digital channels like Mobile banking, internet banking etc.
  • Raise and follow up required change requests and tickets in service manager.
  • Prepare/Review project documents related to projects and tasks for approvals.
  • Gathering requirements from business users for projects, tasks, operational requests and enhancements for technical teams.
  • Support for UAT of projects and tasks including preparation of documents and approvals.
  • Support Go-live and post Go-live activities for assigned projects and tasks
  • Support business Users to translate business requirements to Vendors (in technical steps) and vice versa.
  • Escalate issues and suggest corrective actions. Timely follow up on assigned Projects and tasks.
  • Follow-up and track Services, Co-ordinate Vendor Support Issues, respond to service tickets in a timely fashion.
  • Track, resolve and report incidents and known errors through the approved processes.
  • Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services.
  • Completion of the assigned tasks to satisfy the Users' needs and within the agreed upon time parameters.
  • Execute the ad-hoc instructions or provide flexibility within ethical and professional standards from line manager to achieve any exceptional business objectives, Internal IT Objectives related to Client group.
  • Support & manage "go-live' and post 'go-live' activities for projects and any releases to production



Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:


  • Experience with/understanding of at least four of the following:
  • CIAM and IBM identity security access manager (ISAM/IBM verify) hands on experience with good working knowledge to handle Customization, Development, Installation, and Configuration.
  • Experience with deep knowledge of Identity Management, Access Management, and Directory Services technologies (Security Directory Server) and Security Directory Integrator.
  • Security experience with deep technical knowledge in security domains especially IAM, endpoint protection and application security.
  • Financial sector experience for implementation of API Protection, Micro services security, Advanced access control technologies like: oAUTH, JWT, SAML, XACML, OTP and MMFA and DevOps process integration for these.
  • Good Knowledge of latest Authentication and Authorization techniques for Mobile, Web, and API
  • Integration with social identity providers including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Building and using APIs (SOAP, XML, RESTFULL, JSON etc.) along with working experience of JavaScript, React, Node.js, AngularJS, Regular Expressions, HTML, and CSS in support of web


Previous experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT activities of which minimum 4 years should be in a similar role
  • Must have experience of IBM identity and Security management products like ISAM /IBM verify /Tivoli etc.
  • Financial sector experience will be a plus point.
