MB Services is looking for a detail-oriented Support Operations Coordinator to join our team.


Location: Abu Dhabi (must already be based here)

Type: Contractual (1 year)

Experience: 3+ years in customer support operations or related roles


What You'll Do:

  • Handle customer support related functions.
  • Support daily customer support operations and report on performance.
  • Work closely with external partner teams to understand and document their processes and SLAS.
  • Maintain and update SOPs and process documentation for AV support.
  • Assist with ad hoc customer support projects, tasks and cross-functional coordination.


What You Need

  • 3+ years in customer support operations or service operations.
  • Excellent communication skills; English required, Arabic a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.
