To excel in the role of Support Services Supervisor at WebCE, you'll need a diverse set of skills to navigate the dynamic environment of our call center operations. Critical thinking skills will be essential as you tackle complex customer inquiries and provide solutions for escalated calls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and related programs (Smartsheet) is a must for analyzing data and drafting professional reports.



With a strong sense of urgency and task ownership, you'll effectively manage tasks, projects, and staff schedules. Your excellent presentation and reporting skills will be key in communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, your ability to work with confidential information, coupled with your public speaking skills, will ensure that you maintain a high level of integrity and trust with our team and customers.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS SUPPORT SERVICES SUPERVISOR ROLE


To qualify for the Support Services Supervisor position at WebCE you must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship. It involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and/or phone. Occasionally, you may be asked to lift up to 10-15 pounds.



WEBCE LOCATION



  • Corporate Office in Dallas, TX.

  • Hybrid Work available - Work from the office at least three times per week to personally interact with your team, especially if tough conversations are needed.
