Support Tutor

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dedicated individual to train and assess a range of vocational courses related to education. This hybrid role is based in Lahore and involves delivering training and learner support through our dedicated Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments of learners' progress through observations, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback and ongoing support to help learners develop their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievements in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development, review, and continuous improvement of curriculum materials and learning resources.
• Ensure the curriculum meets learner needs and aligns with industry standards.
• Adhere to all quality assurance processes, including internal and external verification requirements.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of lesson plans, assessments, and learner interactions.
• Deliver engaging, high-quality training through our online learning platform while fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications & Required Attributes

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Teaching, Training, or a related field.
• Previous experience in teaching, training, or vocational education is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-motivated self-starter who can work independently and effectively manage their workload.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.

• Work schedule: Mon - Fri 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

Hybrid - Remote + onsite

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
