Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Web Developer & IT Expert to join our team. This hybrid role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end web development/modification/upgradation as well as IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic websites and applications, while also ensuring that our IT systems, networks, and security protocols are efficient and reliable.

Key Responsibilities Web Development

• Design, code, and maintain responsive websites and web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Python, or other relevant languages.
• Develop and maintain back-end services, APIs, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Optimize website performance, usability, and SEO compliance.
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile compatibility.
• Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and APIs for enhanced functionality.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

IT & Systems Management

• Manage and troubleshoot computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Perform regular system backups, updates, and security checks.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices, including firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues across the organization.
• Maintain IT inventory, licensing compliance, and system documentation.
• Assist in cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premise IT environments.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer and IT Specialist/Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, Laravel).
• Proficiency in database management systems and SQL queries.
• Solid understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cybersecurity protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience

• 3–5 years of combined experience in web development and IT system administration.
• Experience in managing Website back-end and front end.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git).
• Previous exposure to IT support and system automation.

• Type: Task Based Salary
• Compensation: Competitive salary Task based on experience.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs500.00 - Rs2,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
