We also coordinate with trusted subcontractors to provide complete facility solutions including turf fields, bleachers, and other stadium infrastructure.

As we continue to expand our tennis court surfacing operations, which we have been involved in for decades, we are seeking an experienced Surfacing Foreman to lead field crews and perform hands-on surfacing work.

About the Role:

The Surfacing Foreman is a working foreman responsible for leading a crew of laborers while actively performing acrylic surfacing tasks, including court preparation, coating application, and striping. This role is field-based and focused on quality execution, crew productivity, and jobsite safety.

We’re looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in craftsmanship, and has direct experience with tennis court surfacing systems and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and work alongside a crew of laborers performing tennis and other court surfacing and striping
• Perform hands-on acrylic surfacing tasks including surface preparation, coating application cleaning, crack repair, leveling, and striping
• Direct daily crew activities to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily production
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times
• Enforce safety procedures and compliance on-site
• Communicate daily progress, needs, and issues with company leadership
• Assist with jobsite setup, breakdown, and material staging
• Complete basic daily documentation such as crew hours, material usage, and production notes
• Any other tasks needed by management

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in tennis court surfacing and acrylic coating
• Experience with court repair, crack filling, and leveling compounds preferred
• Prior experience leading a crew as a foreman or lead laborer
• Ability to work physically in outdoor conditions and perform manual labor
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy with ability to use and manage digital project management tools
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites across the region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
