• Previous experience in a front office role in a medical setting
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Patient-focused and dependable
• GED or High School Diploma
• Driven to reach goals, desire to learn new skills, and passion for exceeding expectations
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

• Provide an exceptional experience for our patients by welcoming them to our practice, answering questions, directing them to the appropriate office, and making sure the office is organized.
• Ability to travel to other office locations as needed to support the continued growth of our practices
• Drive patient and employee security by following safety procedures and controlling access levels.
• Ordering front office supplies and keeping track of supplies
• Cover for surgery scheduling/operator functions
• Performing other patient-focused responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, filing, faxing, transcribing, and photocopying
