Position Overview:
The Surgical Medical Coordinator will play a vital role in managing surgical operations, coordinating patient care, and supporting the surgical team. This position ensures efficient scheduling, smooth workflow, and high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate surgical schedules.
• Serve as liaison between patients, surgeons, and medical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and surgical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with pre-operative and post-operative protocols.
• Facilitate efficient communication within the surgical team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
• 3- 5 years of Experience in surgical coordination or hospital administration is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and surgical procedures.
