Salary: From 10,000 AED/month (Base 6,000 AED + Commission on closed treatment plans)

Job Description:

Budovsky clinic is looking for a proactive and sales-driven Patient Manager (Treatment Coordinator) to join our professional team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and passionate about helping patients begin their treatment journey in a premium dental environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients, motivating them to start treatment.
• Prepare and structure treatment plans together with the doctors.
• Coordinate and follow up with patients throughout the entire treatment process.
• Maintain strong communication and provide top-quality service at all times.
• Track results and meet monthly treatment-start targets.
• Handle returning and referral patients efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer relations, and medical coordination (dental experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Organized, positive, and responsible personality.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
